🧵 What You Will Need
1/2 yard 2-way or 4-way stretch fabric, 58″–60″ wide
Optional lining with the same stretch
1/4″ braided elastic
3/4″ S-hook
Matching thread
Serger or regular sewing machine with zigzag/stretch stitch
Elastic foot recommended
✂️ Assembly (Shortened Instructions)
Sew the front and back side seams, leaving the crotch open. Attach elastic around the raw edges and keyhole opening, then sew the crotch seam. Fold the elastic under and hem with a stretch stitch. Sew and turn the neck strap, then attach it around the keyhole neckline. Finish by adding the S-hook to one end of the neck strap and creating a loop on the opposite end.
