Size Guide

Important Fit Note

Sew Skimpy patterns are drafted for stretch fabrics and a close, body-hugging fit.
If you prefer less compression or fall between sizes, sizing up is recommended.

How to Choose Your Size

1. Take body measurements snug, not tight.
2. Compare your measurements to the size chart below.
3. Choose your size based on your largest measurement.
4. When in doubt, size up for comfort.

Women: Measure bust at the fullest point, waist at the smallest point (natural waist), and hips 3–4″ (7–10 cm) below the waist at the hip bone.
Men: Measure chest and hips as shown in the size chart.

These charts reflect body measurements.
Patterns are designed for stretch fabrics and are meant to fit snug to the body.
Finished garments may feel smaller before stretching.

Lady Curves patterns are drafted separately from standard sizing to better fit fuller hips, bust, and waist ratios.

At this time, Lady Curves sizing varies by pattern and is listed on each individual product page.
If a pattern includes Lady Curves sizing, it will be clearly noted in the description.

A full Lady Curves size chart is coming as more patterns are finalized.
