Lay the armband pieces flat with right sides up. Pin the uncut edge of the fringe to each armband, leaving at least 1″ unfringed at both ends for hemming. Fold each armband into a tube with the fringe tucked inside and stitch through all layers. Hem the top and bottom openings using a ½” allowance.
