- 1 yard nylon spandex (2-way or 4-way stretch), 58–60″ wide
- Matching thread
- Home sewing machine with zigzag/stretch stitch
- Optional serger or cover stitch machine
- Optional ¾” S-hook closure
✂️ Assembly:
Sew the lower back seam using a ¼” seam allowance. For a permanent neck connection, shorten both straps by ¼” and sew them together; otherwise, leave them separate for the optional S-hook closure. Hem all raw edges ½” using a zigzag or cover stitch. To attach the S-hook, fold the right neck strap through the hook opening by ¾” and stitch securely. Fold and stitch the left strap ¾” to create a loop for fastening the S-hook.
