What You Will Need

⅓ yard of 2-way or 4-way stretch fabric
Scrap contrast stretch fabric (same stretch type as main, for small panels)
Matching thread
Serger or zigzag stitch machine

Pattern Assembly 

1️⃣ Alternate and serge the main and contrast panels to form the skirt body.
2️⃣ Cut two waistband strips, 2” tall: XS 12” | S 13” | M 14” | L 15” | XL 16”.
3️⃣ Join the waistband ends, fold in half, and match seams to the contrast panels.
4️⃣ Serge waistband to skirt. Point seams outward for a pleated look.
5️⃣ (Optional) Flatten the seam with a zigzag or cover stitch.
6️⃣ Hem ½” around the bottom.
