🧵 What You Will Need
1/2 yard of 2 or 4 way stretch fabric, 58″–60″ wide
Optional lining with the same stretch
1/4″ wide braided elastic
1/8″ elastic for optional ruching
3/4″ S-Hook (plastic preferred)
Matching thread
🧵 Assembly
Add optional ruching with 1/8″ elastic at the center-front fold. Fold and hem the lower edges, taking care to keep the V point clean and even. Sew 1/4″ elastic to the top edge, fold it to the inside, and secure with a stretch stitch. Attach the S-Hook to one back end and create a loop on the opposite end for the closure.
