🧵 What You Will Need
▸ 1 yard of stretch fabric such as Nylon Spandex, Printed Spandex, or Hologram Spandex
▸ Matching thread
▸ Regular home sewing machine
▸ Overlock/serger machine, if available
✂️ Assembly (Shortened Instructions): Fold each leg piece lengthwise and sew the long raw edges together. Hem the bottom openings. Sew the short ends of each upper band together to form a circle, then fold the bands in half with the raw edges aligned. Match each smaller band to the top of a leg warmer and stretch the band evenly to fit while sewing through all layers. For an optional finished look, stitch the inside seam allowance flat with a stretch stitch.
