🧵 Assembly (Shortened Instructions)
Fold the hip band at the center fold line. Fold and pin pleats opposite the hip band. Serge the pleat section to the hip band, removing pins before stitching. Optionally topstitch over the serger seam with a zigzag or cover stitch. Fold the skirt in half and sew the side seam. Secure the serger chain at the hip band.
