🧵 What You Will Need

¼ yard Nylon Spandex (2 & 4-way stretch, scraps work well)
Four small pieces of stretch binding (precut binding works well)
Two side bust stretch strings, at least 1 yard long
Matching thread
Overlock/serger or home sewing machine with zigzag/stretch stitch
Binding foot (optional — I never used one)

🧵 Assembly

Finish the outside edges of the top pieces and attach the stretch binding. Add your chosen center accent, then sew the side casings for the stretch strings.
