🧵 What You Will Need
Stretch fabric scraps – Nylon Spandex (2 & 4-way stretch), plus optional lining
1¼ yards of ¼” braided elastic
3½ yards of 2 mm stretch cord (1 mm cord may also be used)
2 beads with holes large enough for the stretch cord
Matching thread
Overlock machine or home sewing machine with a stretch/zigzag stitch
Elastic foot recommended for best results
✂️ Assembly (Shortened Brief Instructions)
Attach elastic to the top and thong pieces, then fold and finish the edges. Hem the short ends to create casings. Thread the stretch cords through the top and thong casings, add the beads, secure the knots, and adjust for fit.
