What You Will Need

  • 1/3 yard of 2 or 4 way stretch fabric
  • Matching Thread
  • Overlock machine / zig-zag stitch on a regular sewing machine
  • Straight stitch machine

Pattern Assembly 

  1. Fold one glove with the wrong side of fabric facing out. Sew the longer side together with a serger stitch. Repeat this step on the other sleeve
  2. Using a serger stitch to sew around the thumb hole for a finished look. Passing over the seam you made in step 1.
  3. Serge both sides above the thumbhole together leaving the thread chain at the thumb hole for later
  4. Hem the upper and lower hole with a 1/2” hem using a cover stitch, zigzag stitch or any other stretch stitch
  5. Tack the serger chain left in the thumb hole from step 3 with fray check or you can tie it in a knot, or sew it down
