🧵 What You Will Need
• ⅓ yard of 2- or 4-way stretch fabric with good recovery
• Matching thread
• Regular home sewing machine
• Overlock machine (optional but recommended)
🧵 Assembly (Shortened Instructions)
Sew the leg pieces along the long edge using a ¼” serger or stretch stitch to form two leg tubes. Hem the bottom openings with a ½” hem using a cover stitch, zigzag, or stretch stitch. Fold the upper band pieces lengthwise, sew the short ends to create circles, then insert the bands into the top of each leg warmer and stitch all layers together, stretching the band slightly to fit. Optionally, topstitch the seam allowance down for a flatter finish. Full illustrated instructions are included in the PDF
