What You Will Need
- 1/3 yard of 2 or 4 way stretch fabric
- Matching Thread
- Overlock machine / zig-zag stitch on a regular sewing machine
- Straight stitch machine
Pattern Assembly
- Fold one glove with the wrong side of fabric facing out. Sew the longer side together with a serger stitch. Repeat this step on the other sleeve
- Using a serger stitch to sew around the thumb hole for a finished look. Passing over the seam you made in step 1.
- Serge both sides above the thumbhole together leaving the thread chain at the thumb hole for later
- Hem the upper and lower hole with a 1/2” hem using a cover stitch, zigzag stitch or any other stretch stitch
- Tack the serger chain left in the thumb hole from step 3 with fray check or you can tie it in a knot, or sew it down
