🧵 What You Will Need
• ¼ yard stretch fabric (scraps work well); Nylon Spandex or similar with good recovery
• Optional lining fabric (scraps are fine; match stretch to main fabric)
• Stretch straps for neck and under bust ties
• Matching thread
• Overlock/serger or home sewing machine with zigzag or stretch stitch
🧵 Assembly (Shortened Instructions)
Assemble printed pages using the filled alignment blocks; tape pages where blocks align
Cut triangle cup pieces and optional lining, following stretch direction arrows
(Optional) Serge raw edges with a ¼” serger stitch for a clean finish
Hem the side edges of each triangle cup using a stretch stitch, folding under ½”
Create a bottom channel along each cup for the under bust string
Sew neck and under bust straps using stretch fabric
Attach neck straps to the top points of the triangle cups
Thread the under bust string through the bottom channels and adjust fit
