Pattern Assembly
1️⃣ Hem Sides
Hem short side edges with a stretch stitch. (½” hem)
2️⃣ Mark Centers
Mark center points on top and bottom edges.
3️⃣ Pin Stretch Straps
Pin stretch straps to top and bottom edges, starting at center and working outward using size measurements.
4️⃣ Stay Stitch
Lightly stay stitch straps in place with a stretch stitch, leaving four loose side straps for the O-ring. (¼” seam allowance)
5️⃣ Secure Binding
Wrap straps over raw edges and stitch with a cover stitch, zigzag, or stretch stitch. Keep side straps free.
6️⃣ Attach O-Ring
Feed strap ends through the O-ring, fold back, and pin.
7️⃣ Secure Straps
Stitch folded strap ends down with a straight stitch. Sew twice for strength.
